Qualification

  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years of experience.

  • Identifying deficiencies in mechanical processes and developing improvements

  • Designing and developing prototypes

  • Analyzing and testing prototypes and each revision of a device

  • Supervising the development of computer-aided design (CAD) project drawings from junior team members

  • Developing, initiating and managing all phases of projects

  • Preparing documentation of critical analysis and providing suggestions for correcting errors

Aerospace Engineer

Qualifications:

  • ​BS or MS in Aerospace Engineering with 5 years of experience

  • Contributes to the design, manufacturing, and testing of aircraft and aerospace products.

  • Studies proposed projects to assess safety and feasibility.

  • Evaluates designs with regard to engineering principles, customer requirements and environmental regulations.

  • Produces and presents prototypes and models for proposed designs.

  • Conducts tests on prototypes and models.

  • Inspects damaged or malfunctioning products to determine the problem and propose solutions.

  • Determine costs for financial feasibility.

  • Assists in production of manuals and troubleshooting guides for finished products.

  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure standards and timelines are met.

Jr.Software Engineer

Qualifications:
 

Software Developer Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the development manager with all aspects of software design and coding.

  • Attending and contributing to company development meetings.

  • Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.

  • Writing and maintaining code.

  • Working on minor bug fixes.

  • Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems.

  • Responding to requests from the development team.

  • Gathering information from consumers about program functionality.

Software Developer Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Software Engineering/Development with a minimum 5 years of experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations

  • Communicating with engineering staff to determine possible design changes to improve efficiency or manufacturability

  • Conducting regular meetings with manufacturing staff to discuss production schedules and issues that may arise during production

  • Reviewing production schedules to ensure that deadlines are met and work is progressing steadily

  • Overseeing the development of products from concept to production by communicating with clients, reviewing designs, overseeing engineering plans, and ensuring that all materials are available for production

  • Organizing and overseeing the implementation of new production methods or processes, including recruiting and training new employees and establishing work schedules

  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure that materials are delivered on time, in the correct quantities, and meet quality standards

  • Reviewing reports from other team members to identify problems or concerns with production schedules or materials

  • Planning production activities, such as purchasing supplies, hiring workers, setting up machinery, and ordering materials

Solutions Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives.

  • Meeting with clients to discuss their hardware and software needs.

  • Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions.

  • Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products.

  • Designing and installing customized software and hardware solutions for the customer.
